Q: Can shutters be installed on any window or door opening?

A: Shutters can be installed on most window and door openings including French doors. They can also be used to divide a room.

Q: Can I have shutters in my Bathroom?

A:  Certainly, We have a special range of shutters that a purpose made for bathrooms and areas that generate moisture.

Q: Will shutters insulate my home?

A: Shutters are an excellent product to block out the heat in summer and provide an insulating layer to  keep you home warn in the winter. The louvre blades are adjustable to  provide control of airflow and lighting levels.

Q: Will you remove my old window blinds before the new shutters are installed?

A: Yes we will gladly remove your old window products to accommodates your new shutters.

Q: How long from placing the order will it take to get my shutters?

A: All shutters are custom made  and are normally ready for installation 6-8 weeks from receiving your order and deposit.

Q: Do I need to move any furniture or ornaments before the installation date?

A: Yes we do require any furniture or ornaments moving from each window area that is having a shutter installed. This will assist the installer with the installation time and also eliminate the risk of any breakages.

Q: Do I need to protect my floors during the installation?

A: All of our shutter installers are trade qualified carpenters and cabinet makers and have many years of installation experience in domestic properties. We always provide drop sheets through your home to protect your floors and any cutting is always undertaken out side to prevent dust in your home. On completion each room is vacuumed and left pristine.

Q: If I damage a shutter can it be repaired?

A: Yes certainly, we stock a vast range of spare parts for all of the shutters we install.
